Haaaaaaa, a little recipe ! It as been a long time. But today I simply show you how to prepare an ingredient, which will be usefull later for other recipe. This is the paneer, a soft cheese that indians cook on thousands differents way instead of the meat. You can make it in 20 minutes and keep it 5 days. No need to say that better is the milk that you use, better will be the paneer.

1. You need a bottle of milk, white vinegar or lemons, a piece of coton cloth, a sieve, a pot and a basin.

2. Put the milk on the pot, wait it to be very hot but not boiling. Add some vinegar or lemon juice (I don't know exactly for the proportions, but follow your instinct or google), and mix until it curdles.

3. Pour all on the cloth which is on the sieve, which is on the basin. Wait a bit that the water ges on the basin. Take the cloth, turn, wring out the water as much as you can do. Crush it on the two sides during 15 min. Then you have a paneer. You can keep it on the frige on water during five days.
