I meet Hashim, who ask me: "You paint the ambassador ?!"

I do not understand and think that an official person has just crossed the street.

 

He looks up, distressed. The Ambassador ("Amby" for the intimate) is the iconic car of India. It was drawn in England, then produced near Calcutta for sixty years. You can see it everywhere: in yellow, it is a taxi, in white, an official vehicle, and in all other colors, it is a family car.

 

He jokes "Any man would have known that ! "

Then we leave to share a ginger ice cream.
