The taxi driver who picks me up at the Phnom Penh's airport puts aroud his neck a kind of stuffed pink ring. He attachs it tho the car sit with a string. I don't know if it is a question of securtity, confort oo aestetic but anyway it is odd. I see also oustisde a lot of people with wooly hat while it is 32° degrees here. Strange country.
