Her name is Gülbeyaz, that means "white rose". She is part of the Pomakoi community
and lives on the village of Miki. This morning she went to the fields to collect the tobacco.
The evening, she sorts out the fresh leaves, and put them one by one on a long spit.
After that she will bring them together on a thread, that she will hang on the roof of
her building to make it dry. When you walk into the little streets of Miki, you just have
to lift your head to see all the tobacco garlands.
