On the way to Cartagena, we stay two hours bloked at the entrance of a village.
Inhabitants put some leaves and boughs on the road, and stretched a rope to prevent
cars passing buy. The reason of the strike is that they want to get public lighting.
The village is crossed by an highway, and it's dark at 7pm, so it is easy to understand.
The police come to diperse them on the early evenig.
