We go to warm in a tavern.
A young woman brings us a pitcher of local wine. It is amber and bitter.

The plates arrive in a ballet: grilled eggplant, wild spinach, fresh goat cheese,
toast with olive oil, zucchini and feta fritters, braised steak, grilled liver, french fries
and honey cake.
 
The products come from the farms around : everything is fresh and tasty.
