When Louka's grand-father arrived here in 1971, it was deserted. He liked this view upon the sea,
and built a house. Then he talked about the place to a friend that talked to a friend, and it became a village.
No need to own a ground.Today this kind of construction continue around. Just one guy has been reported :
he was building his house on the top of a hill and people from the village found him "too visible".
