Today, a recipe to serve with drink ! (translation at the end)

THE PAKORAS

1/ In a wak, heat some oil.

2/ In a cup, put some water, and put inside 1 teaspoon of durum wheat semolina.

3/ In a bowl, put some chickpea flour. Add an half teaspoon af fennel seeds, a pinch of turmeric, un pinch of red chili, an half teaspoon of coriander powder, an half teaspoon of salt, and an half little glass of water (don(t put too much water, tou can add after...)

4/ Mix until you obtain a thick cream

5/ Add an half teaspoon of massala, and the durum wheat semolina (without the water of course).

6/ Mix until you obtain a thick cream, again

7/ Put spoons of this mix on the hot oil. Spray with the hot oil, return it until it's brown.

8/ Eat when it is hot and crunchy !
