There is an other bar next to the Polo Inn, with a totaly different atmosphere. A famous character of the neighborhood named Steve owns the place. He organizes concerts and movie screenings, but the must is Wednesday’s super bingo, renamed the «Stingo». With few numbered balls in a plastic pot, a microphone, a pile of cardboard grills and a bunch of improbable lots, he brings joy to the unoccuped people of the day.

Steve also likes to paint and draw, his work is exhibited in the bar. When I meet him, he seems quite moved to discover the Stingo in my travel log. Few minutes later, a man discreetly offered me to buy the watercolor, in order to offer it for Steve’s birthday. Now I am writing this text, the painting is probably framed, reflecting for a while the lights of a mirror ball.
