Change of atmosphere. In Chinatown, the signs are written in Chinese and the lacquered ducks are waiting in lines behind the windows of the restaurants. This summer, the real star of the neighborhood is the Bubble tea, a cold tea from Taiwan with tapioca balls added inside.

From morning to night, hundreds of passersby hold a plastic cup, sucking up black balls with a large straw. Every hour, the bins are full. I observe the same thing in the center, with the coffee cups. From morning to night, the waste piles up in a steady quick stream.
