"You know, I'm not a representative person of Corsica". That's the first thing
Severin told me when I met her. Born in the south west of France,
she has been living on the island for 13 years. No old man has yet droped
	any pastis on her head.
However, Séverine takes care of the island and its inhabitants. Protected from the wind
by the cane fields, she cultivates an edible forest close to Aléria. She plants and transforms
her fruits by hand, without chimical products, and the result is healthy and delicious.
« One day, we will have to realize our true vocation, which is not to produce and
consume endlessly, but to love, to admire and to care of life in all its forms. »
